Additional Profiles
Installing your Profile
Once you receive
your profile, you will have to copy it into the correct location so that all
your ICC aware software can pick the profile up
XP and Vista : use
Windowssystem32spooldriverscolor
Windows NT/2000 : use Winntsystem32spooldriverscolor
Windows 2000 also allows automatic installation as described for XP.
Windows 98/ME : use Windows System Color
With a right mouse click on the profile, you will get the option to 'install
profile' that installs the profile automatically. However, if you are updating a
profile, this will not work and you will have to manually overwrite the old
profile with the new one.
Mac OS X : use /Library/ColorSync/Profiles This directory makes the profile
visible to all users.
Otherwise use/Users/your username/Library/ColorSync/Profiles This directory
makes the profile visible only to the current user
